Barnes and Noble is trying something new and they have a set up a pilot project that incorporates serving booze to customers at choice locations. Just like Starbucks plans to start serving beer and wine, Barnes and Noble is trying to capitalize on America’s spending habits.
The company plans to serve beer, wine and American style food in four cafes that will also have table service as part of the testing portion of this project.
